Reporting to the Strategic Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and day to day management of the brand’s image for internal and external events, promotional activities, public relations and media including; Magazines PR and Editorial, and range showings. You will manage the production and set up of photographic shoots in conjunction with UK based agency and monthly web shoots. This position is also responsible for providing general administration and diary management to the Strategic Brand Manager as required.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage PR opportunities and daily communication with PR agency; including development of relationships with key media, influences and social media
  • Work closely with PR agency on seasonal PR launches including all communications, delivery of product samples and ensuring all aspects of the event are on brand
  • Work with the Strategic Brand Manager and Marketing department to generate a PR calendar
  • Prepare brief campaign shoots in conjunction with Strategic Brand Manager
  • Ensure all product is available for shoots and maintain relationships with production teams, UK agency and different suppliers of the shoot
  • Work with Marketing agency to find best talent, photographers and crew
  • Provide general administration assistant and diary management support to the Strategic Brand Manager and team as required
  • Coordinate and book travel arrangements as required

 To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Marketing/PR Tertiary Qualification
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Strong influencing, planning and organisational skills
  • Copywriting experience and relevant experience in retail or agency (advantageous)
  • Relevant experience in PR/Events
