Our Opportunity
As our State VM Manager, you will bring your VM experience and passion to this new challenge as our State based Visual Merchandising Manager.
Reporting into our National VM Manager, you will train, develop and motivate the VM team as well as store managers across visual merchandising as well as ensure our stores within Victoria are well presented and merchandised.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Provide customers with outfit option to maximise sales
- In-store visual merchandising to implement store layouts and floor plans
- Implement flagship direction in all top stores
- Re-work store layouts to flex product, maximise traffic flow and key selling areas (in conjunction with National VM Manager)
- Coordinate the supply of VM materials and equipment to stores
- Training and developing VM team members
- Work together with Business Managers to determine training needs and development across stores
