The Opportunity
Join our team as a Full Time Permanent Team Member opportunity in our Castle Hill store.
This role will see you working with the Store Manager and floor team in maximising sales and minimising shrinkage. You will be responsible for receiving and dispatching merchandise, controlling stock levels, and maintaining accurate stock records.
Additionally, when working on the shop floor, you will be creating an exceptional customer experience and providing up-to-the-minute styling advice.
Please note that this position is contracted at set days and hours per week :
- Week One & Two: Monday 9am - 5:30pm | Tuesday 8am - 5pm | Wednesday 9am - 5:30pm | Thursday 9am - 5:30pm | Friday 9am - 5:30pm (38hrs)
Your day-to-day:
- Creating an exceptional customer experience and providing up-to-the-minute styling advice
- Manage new stock deliveries and merchandise the store
- Create an atmosphere of trust, confidence, and respect within the store environment
- Identifying opportunities to drive and increase sales
