Our Opportunity
Our Email Marketing & CRM Coordinator will proactively execute the end-to-end email campaign program delivery for our business.
You will utilise your hands-on email marketing platform experience to increase revenue from our email channel and optimise our campaigns for customer engagement.
As part of our Digital Team, you will additionally support the roll out of initiatives across various touchpoints in the customer relationship management stages to drive commercial outcomes for the business.
Your days will be fast paced and varied and your great attitude and proactive approach will support your success in this role and provide you with exciting growth and development.
Your day to day will include:

Accelerate the growth of revenue of the email channel and successfully build & implementation of all email marketing campaigns

Management of the Email Marketing & CRM programs

Manage the weekly email schedule for the brand
-
Develop a clear email communication and content plan for the business

Implement database and VIP growth opportunities

Digital campaign planning and scheduling
-
Campaign reporting and optimisation
To be successful in this role, you must have:
-
Marketing/Digital Tertiary Qualifications or similar
-
Proven experience with customer engagement platform - Emarsys preferred or similar
-
Hands-on email marketing platform experience
-
Understanding of digital design, video and email marketing asset production (HTML skills a bonus)

Understanding of customer databases, personalisation and segmentation
-
Experience using Google Analytics (or similar website analytics program)
- Prior experience with eCommerce, Fashion or Retail brand highly desirable

Excellent verbal and inter-personal communication skills
-
Ability to multi task in fast paced environment
